Kate Medley, founder of PILATEZENERGY takes client focus to a whole new level; by offering only one-on-one and semi-private sessions Kate is able to give you and your practice the attention and focus it deserves, it is more about the overall experience rather than a large and noisy atmosphere without personal attention. Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast is key in order to start your day out right! How many of us lack time to make a proper breakfast? I know I do and that is why I am sharing my favorite Power Smoothie recipe! This is great for breakfast for us on the go types and for pre or post workout. I am confident that you will enjoy this morning pick me up, it keeps me satisfied up until lunch! Kate’s go to smoothie recipe: 2 scoops of Orgain Protein, plant based powder, sweet vanilla bean: 21 grams of protein, 5 g of fiber, 5 g of net carbs no sugar added… simply the best! 1 tsp of RAW organic honey 1 tsp of organic peanut butter 1 organic banana chopped 3 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk or unsweetened vanilla coconut milk or unsweetened vanilla hemp milk * ALL NON DAIRY* Ice cubes Blend and enjoy! #smoothie #howistartmyday #pilatezenery #pilatesinstructor #pilateslovers #eatinghealthy #pilates #sandiegoliving
